These terms apply to the ESSA Beverly Hills website and SMS marketing program, operated by VS Medical Aesthetics Nursing PC.

Website Information

Information on this website is provided for general education and does not replace an individual medical assessment. Treatment suitability, recommendations, pricing, and expected results are discussed during consultation. Results vary from person to person.

Appointments, Treatments, and Memberships

Booking, cancellation, payment, treatment consent, and membership terms are provided separately when you book, receive treatment, or enroll. Signing up for marketing messages does not book an appointment or enroll you in a membership.

SMS Marketing Program

By providing your mobile number and expressly opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from ESSA Beverly Hills. These may include practice updates, treatment information, special offers, and event announcements. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Providing a phone number for an appointment or subscribing to emails does not automatically subscribe you to SMS marketing.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. ESSA Beverly Hills does not charge a separate fee to subscribe to marketing texts.

How to Unsubscribe

Reply STOP to any marketing text to unsubscribe. You may also use END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You may receive a final message confirming your unsubscribe request. To subscribe again, complete the SMS signup process again.

Medical Questions and Emergencies
